Everything worked like clockwork from the moment we arrived at Reina Sofia; within a minute or two of arriving at the taxi desk we were on our way to the Palm Beach Club.

The accommodation was beautifully prepared and the Resort Staff were fantastic. 

The presentation we attended was with Karen who was excellent and very knowledgeable.

The only very, very slight disappointment was not getting to meet and thank you in person, perhaps next time?

We had an excellent presentation with our Rep who was both professional and down to earth, with a great sense of humour. We were not put under any pressure as it was not for us at the time – it may be something we would consider in the future.

The presentation was carried out in a very professional manner and the apartments we viewed were of an exceptional standard.
